Graduation Program : Patisserie & Bread Making

On 11 May 2024, a graduation program was held in Bandar Baru Permyjaya, Miri, marking the finale of the "60-Day Professional Training Program in Patisserie & Bread Making". The event was attended by Miri City Council (MCC) Mayor Adam Yii Siew Sang, together with Dato Andy Chia Chu Fatt (Vice President SCCI Miri Region) and Ms. Anne Kung, co-chair of the Sarawak Business Federation (SBF) BizFund.
The 'Patisserie & Bread Making' program was brought to members by Sarawak Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCI) and Top Grains Bakery Sdn Bhd, funded by the SBF Recovery BizFund Program.
The bakery had also charitably donated some of the baked goods produced during the training to children's homes and home for the aged.
