Meeting with ASEAN BAC

Meeting between Dato Sri Abang Hj Abdul Karim Tun Datuk Abang Hj Openg, President Sarawak Business Federation (SBF), his deputy Datuk Philip Ting and Tan Sri Nazir Razak, Chairman of the ASEAN Business Advisory Council Malaysia (ASEAN BAC) on 16 May 2024 at Sheraton Hotel, Kuching.

Tan Sri Nazir Razak expressed enthusiasm for SBF active involvement in the ASEAN BAC, highlighting the importance of regional collaboration for economic growth and development.

Also present in the meeting was YB. Dato' Mohamad Nizar bin Dato' Sri Mohamad Najib, Pahang Executive Council member who showed interests in Sarawak's Post-COVID-19 Development Strategy 2030 (PCDS 2030) and private sector engagement strategies.
