  1. Fill Up the SCCI Membership Application Form

    DOWNLOAD FORM

  2. Prepare a Copy of the following documents:

    • SSM Section 14 (Form 44)

    • SSM Section 17 (Form 9)

    • SSM Section 58 & 236(2) (Form 49)

    • SSM Section 78 (Form 24)

  3. Submit Your Business Card 

  1. Payment:

    Cheque for RM 1,000.00 made payable to 
    Sarawak Chamber of Commerce & Industry

  2. Submit the Documents:

    Send all the required documents, including the membership form, business card and cheque to the following address:
