What is a APEC Travel Business Card (ABTC)?
The APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC) allows frequent business travellers pre-cleared entry to participating APEC member economies. Enjoy airport fast-track and visa-free travels.
Eligibility:
- Applicant’s company is a Member of SCCI
- A standing membership with SCCI of at least two years
- Malaysian citizens ONLY
- Frequent traveler
- Senior Executive-Level and higher
- Passport minimum validity of 3 years
- Proof record of 5 times travel to APEC Countries in the past 12 months from the date of application

Submission Checklist:
- Completed ABTC Application Form
- Letter from the Employer [on Company Letterhead] to Immigration Department and MICCI in support of ABTC Application
- Signed copy of PDPA Declaration Form
- Recent passport-sized photo in BLUE background
- Copy of applicant’s old passport inside pages with stamped and/or can provide boarding pass as proof frequent travel to APEC Countries
- Copy of applicant’s Malaysian Passport biodata page with minimum validity of three (3) years
- Copy of applicant’s Malaysian IC
