Online Meeting with the British High Commission

An online meeting was held between the Sarawak Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCI) and the British High Commission, led by the Economic Advisor Ms Adelene Teo on 30 April 2025 via Zoom.

SCCI was represented by President Dato Sri Abg Haji Abdul Karim bin Tun Datuk Abg Haji Openg, Honorary Secretary Mr Albert Tang, and Honorary Treasurer Ms Anne Kung.

Discussions focused on the current global trade and economic outlook, including major geopolitical developments, climate-related impacts, and their implications for Sarawak’s growth ambitions, investment landscape, and policy responses.
